Our Process

Understanding Your Vision

Before we even write code, our first step is to hop on a call and understand your vison, what makes you tick, learn about your target audience, and where you want to go with your product. This gives us a deeper insight into your needs, and motivates our team into delivering results.

Refining

We take the core vision and key result you want to deliver, and strip out any features that are not absolutely necessary. This gives us the ability to not only deliver an MVP in 2 weeks, but it also empowers you to have extreme clarity.

Executing

At the beginning of each of the two weeks, we give you high-level objectives of what will get done. During that week, you'll recieve a daily email of what was accomplished during that day and what will get done the following day.

Hand Off

Once the MVP is finished and getting users, we can either keep maintaining it and map out more features you'd like to add, or we can hand it off to a different team.
