The Project Page enables you to view and manage all the projects you are involved with. Projects are organized into three main categories, allowing you to quickly distinguish between the roles you play in each project.

Categories of Projects

1. Your Projects

These are projects that you created and where you hold the role of admin. As an admin, you have full control over project settings, team member access, and all aspects of project management.

2. Shared Projects

These are projects that someone else created but shared with you. While you may not have admin rights in these projects, you can still collaborate and contribute according to your assigned role.

3. Portals

Portals are projects that you are following but are not a formal member of the team. This gives you visibility into the project's progress and updates without being directly involved in its development.

Project Card Anatomy

For projects listed under Your Projects or Shared Projects , each project is displayed as a project card. The diagram below illustrates the key elements of a project card and their corresponding functions.

Anatomy of the Project Card

    1. Title of the Project : The name of the project is displayed prominently at the top of the card. Clicking on it will navigate you to the [[Overview Page]] for that project.
    2. Gear Icon : This icon opens the Project Settings . Here, you can configure various aspects of the project, such as team members, permissions, and integrations.
    3. Trash Icon : This icon permanently deletes the project. Deleting a project is irreversible, and all associated data will be lost. Only admins can delete a project.
    4. Team Association : This section shows which team the project is associated with. This is helpful when you’re part of multiple teams, as it allows for easy identification of the project's context.
    5. Role Indicator : This displays the role you have in the project. Possible roles include Admin or Contributor . Your role dictates your level of access and permissions within the project.
